PUBLIC AGREEMENT (OFFER)
for the order, purchase, sale and delivery of goods
This agreement between the company KOPO, kopo.ua, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", and the user of the website services, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer", is an agreement of mandate for the order, purchase and delivery of goods and determines the main terms of ordering, purchasing and delivering goods through the website info@kopo.ua.
The Buyer, acting for the purpose of purchasing goods, accepts the terms of this contract of sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) on the following terms.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1. Public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is a public offer of the Seller, addressed to an unspecified circle of persons, to conclude a contract of sale of goods with the Seller by distance means (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") on the terms contained in this Offer, including all annexes.
1.2. Order – the Customer’s decision to order goods and their delivery, executed in the online store and/or an order for the purchase and delivery of goods.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The information provided below is an official proposal (offer) of the online store kopo.ua to any individual (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) to conclude a contract of sale of goods. The specified contract is public, that is, in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms are the same for all buyers.
2.2. In accordance with Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this proposal (offer), which confirms the conclusion of the Contract of Sale of Goods on the terms proposed below, is the fact of placing and confirming the order.
2.3. By placing an Order, the Buyer confirms his agreement and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this proposal (offer).
2.4. By concluding the Agreement, the Buyer confirms the following:
The Buyer is fully familiar with and agrees with the terms of this offer (offer).
Gives permission for the collection, processing and transfer of personal data.
His personal data is transferred to the Seller in order to fulfill the terms of this Agreement and make mutual settlements.
3. PRICE OF THE GOODS
3.1. The price for each item of the goods is indicated on the website of the online store.
3.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the price for any item of the goods.
3.3. In the event of a change in the price of the ordered goods, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer about the change in the price of the goods.
3.4. The Buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the order for the purchase of goods if the price is changed by the Seller after the order is placed.
3.5. The Seller is not allowed to change the price of the goods paid for by the Buyer.
3.6. The Seller indicates the cost of delivery of the goods on the online store website or notifies the Buyer when placing an order by the operator.
3.7. The Buyer's obligations to pay for the goods are considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are received by the Seller.
3.8. Settlements between the Seller and the Buyer are made by the methods specified on the online store website in the "Delivery and Payment" section.
4. ORDER PLACEMENT
4.1. You can place an order only through the website.
4.2. When registering on the website, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following information:
Last name and first name
Delivery address
Contact phone number
E-mail address (optional)
4.3. If the Seller needs additional information, he has the right to request it from the Buyer.
4.4. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order.

4.5. The distance sales contract between the Seller and the Buyer is considered concluded from the moment of placing the order on the website kopo.ua.
5. DELIVERY AND HANDING OF GOODS
5.1. The methods of delivery of goods are indicated on the website in the "Delivery" section.
5.2. Self-collection of goods is possible at the address:

5.3. Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must check the conformity of the goods in terms of quantity and quality.
5.4. The Buyer's signature on the goods receipt or order confirms the absence of claims to the goods.
6. RETURN OF GOODS
6.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods before the moment of transfer or return the goods in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
6.2. The return of goods is carried out at the address indicated on the website in the "Exchange and Return" section.
6.3. In case of rejection of goods of proper quality, the Seller shall refund the money less delivery costs.
6.4. Refund shall be made within 7 business days after receipt of the returned goods.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Seller shall not be liable for improper use of the goods.
7.2. The Seller and the Buyer shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
7.3. The Seller or the Buyer shall be exempt from liability for force majeure circumstances.
